Weitere Details:: In the cell cycle of eukaryotes the M phase is initiated by maturation promoting factor (MPF), a protein kinase complex consisting of p34 cdc2, cyclin B, and p13. The activity of this complex is controlled by multiple levels of phosphorylation and dephosphorylation of the catalytic p34cdc2 component. CDC25A and CDC25B are p34cdc2 tyrosine phosphates. Dephosphorylation of p34cdc2 by these CDC25 proteins activates the MPF complex, initiating mitosis. Although expressed throughout the cell cycle, peak expression of CDC25A is in G1 of the cell cycle. Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot and Immunoprecipitation. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Immunoprecipitation: 1-10ug/ml Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
