- A receptor tyrosine kinase, PDGFRa forms dimers on the surface upon ligand binding and phosphorylates substrates. CD140a is expressed by embryonic tissues and mesenchymal-derived cells of the adult mouse tissues. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, ELISA, Immunohistochemistry, Western Blot and Blocking of Ligand Binding. Other applications have not been tested. Recommended Dilutions: Flow Cytometry: ≤1ug/10e6 cells Immunohistochemistry: 10ug/ml Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt.
