Weitere Details:: CD99 (also known as PILRL and MIC2) is a 125aa, 24-30kD glycosylated transmembrane glycoprotein that is expressed as a homodimer on the surface of endothelial, T and B cells, monocytes, and stem cells. CD99 has been implicated in processes like homotypic cell adhesion, diapedesis, and oncosupression. The extracellular domain of the mouse CD99 protein that was used as immunogen is 45% identical to the human counterpart. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Excitation: 488nm Emission: 565-605nm Storage and Stability: Store product at 4°C in the dark. DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid. Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Caution: PE conjugates are sensitive to light. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.
