Weitere Details:: CD90 (Thy-1) is a glycoprotein, 112aa, which is homologous to immunoglobulin domains. C2441-53C can be coupled to sepharose 4-B and used to purify mouse Thy-1.1 and rat Thy-1 antigens. C2441-53C can also be used to study the killing of Thy-1 tumor cells with antibody-toxin conjugate. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications have not been tested. Recommended Dilutions: Flow Cytometry: 1:10-1:100. Use 10ul/10e6 thymocytes. Immunohistochemistry: Frozen sections Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
