Weitere Details:: CD86 is also known as B7-2 and is the second ligand for CD28 and CTLA-4. It may have an important role in co-stimulation of T cells in the primary immune response. Applications: Suitable for use in Immunoprecipitation and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications have not been tested. Recommended Dilution: Immunohistochemistry (frozen): 1:20-1:100 Optimal dilutions to be determined by researcher. Fusion Partners: Spleen cells from immunized mice were fused with cells of the P3 X63 Ag8.653 myeloma cell line. Positive Control Tissue (IHC): Human Tonsil Recommended Negative Control: I1904-78R: IgG1 Murine Negative Control Storage and Stability: Store product at 4°C in the dark. DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid. Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Caution: APC conjugates are sensitive to light. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap. Note: Applications are based on unconjugated antibody.
