Weitere Details:: Human CD79b is the B cell antigen receptor Igb chain (BCR-Igb) which associates with B cell antigen receptor Iga chain to form a functional heterodimer that interacts with membrane immunoglobulin (mIg). The mIgM component binds antigen and the Iga/Igb heterodimer transduces signals. Functional Application: Antibody is able to induce signal transduction in B cells. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry and Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C before opening. DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C as an undiluted liquid. Dilute only pror to immediate use. Freezing R-Phycoerythrin (PE) conjugates will result in a substantial loss of activity.
