- CD70 is a 29kD type II transmembrane protein that belongs to the tumor necrosis factor (TNF) family. CD70 is expressed on a small number of activated T-cells and the majority of activated B-cells. Interaction of CD70 with its receptor, CD27, is thought to play an important role in lymphocyte activation, proliferation, survival and differentiation. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Flow Cytometry: 1:50-1:200; 10ul labels 10e6 cells in 100ul. Immunohistochemistry: Frozen sections Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Negative Control: I1904-78R: IgG1 Murine Negative Control Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
