Weitere Details:: CD70 is a 29kD type II transmembrane protein that belongs to the tumor necrosis factor (TNF) family. CD70 is expressed on a small number of activated T-cells and the majority of activated B-cells. Interaction of CD70 with its receptor, CD27, is thought to play an important role in lymphocyte activation, proliferation, survival and differentiation. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Flow Cytometry: 10ul labels 10e6 cells in 100ul. Immunohistochemistry: Frozen sections Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Negative Control: I1904-78R: IgG1 Murine Negative Control Storage and Stability: Store product at 4°C if to be used immediately within two weeks. For long-term storage, aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable at -20°C for 12 months after receipt. Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Note: Applications are based on unconjugated antibody.
