Weitere Details:: CD66acd is expressed by human neutrophils and cells in some cases of colon carcinoma. Reacts with transfectants containing BGPa, NCA and CGM1a which are CEA subfamily members. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Flow Cytometry: 10ul to label 1x10e6 cells in 100ul. Immunohistochemistry (Paraffin): 10ug/ml Immunohistochemistry: Frozen sections Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Hybridoma: Y3/Ag1.2.3 myeloma cells with spleen cells from DA rats. Recommended Negative Control: I1904-83M1: IgG2a, Rat Negative Control Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
