Weitere Details:: Human CD57 originally called HNK-1 is a glycoprotein found on 15-20 percent of PBL's, including 60 percent of NK cells, and a subset of T cells (1). The immune regulation role of CD57 postive PBL's expressing high levels of CD8 is being investigated (2). Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. For long-term storage, store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
