Weitere Details:: CD57 is a 110kD antigen present on the peripheral blood lymphocyte subset (primarily large granular lymphocytes). Also found on cells in neuroectodermal tissue. Applications: Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry, Immunocytochemistry and Immunofluorescence. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Immunohistochemistry (Frozen): 1:5 Should be fixed with acetone for 5 minutes at -20°C. Immunohistochemistry (Paraffin): 1:5 Should be fixed with buffered formaldehyde without pretreatment. Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Positive Control: Tonsil Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
