- CD49f is expressed by platelets, weakly by monocytes and by a subset of lymphocytes. CD49f is also widely expressed on epithelial tissues. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications have not been tested. Recommended Dilution: Immunohistochemistry: frozen Optimal working dilutions to be determined by researcher. Recommended Positive Control Tissue (IHC): Tonsil Recommended Negative Controls: Mouse IgG1 Negative Control Recommended Secondary Reagents: F(ab')2 rabbit anti-mouse IgG:HRP; F(ab')2 rabbit anti mouse IgG:RPE conjugate; F(ab’)2 rabbit anti-mouse IgG:FITC Fusion Partners: Spleen cells from immunized BALB/c mice were fused with cells of the mouse SP2/0 myeloma cell line. Storage and Stability: Store product at 4°C in the dark. DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid. Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Caution: APC conjugates are sensitive to light. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap. Note: Applications are based on unconjugated antibody.
