- MaxLight™550 is a new Yellow-Green photostable dye conjugate comparable to Alexa Fluor™546, 555, DyLight™549 , Cy3™, TRITC and offers better labeling efficiency, brighter imaging and increased immunodetection. Absorbance (550nm); Emission (575nm); Extinction Coefficient 150,000. Human CD49b is an integrin alpha 2 subunit that forms a heterodimer with beta 1 integrin and functions as an adhesion molecule. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, FLISA, Western Blot, Immunoprecipitation, Immunofluorescence, Immunohistochemistry and Functional Assays. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Immunohistochemistry (paraffin): Requires protein digestion pre-treatment of paraffin sections e.g. trypsin or pronase. Use sodium citrate buffer, pH 6, for heat mediated antigen retrieval. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Caution: MaxLight™550 conjugates are sensitive to light. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap. Note: Applications are based on unconjugated antibody.
