- CD45RA is an isoform of the human leukocyte common antigen, CD45. Human CD45 has three exons that encode peptides A, B, and C respectively. Differential splicing of the exons generates at least five isoforms, ABC, AB, BC, B, and O. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Flow Cytometry: 1:50-1:100. Use 10ul to label 10e6 cells in 100ul. Immunohistochemistry: Frozen sections and PLP-fixed paraffin sections Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Hybridoma: Spleen cells from immunized BALB/c mice were fused with cells of the NSO/U myeloma cell line. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
