Weitere Details:: CD45R cell surface antigen, is a 220kD glycoprotein, which is expressed by all B lymphocytes and a subset of T lymphocytes. In immunohistochemical staining the antibody labels all lymphocytes within the B cell follicles as well as scattered cells in interfollicular areas. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, Immunohistochemistry (frozen), and Immunoprecipitation. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Flow cytometry: 1:50-1:100; 10ul labels 10e6 cells in 100ul Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. For long-term storage and to avoid repeated freezing and thawing, aliquot and store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
