Weitere Details:: CD45R cell surface antigen, is a 220kD glycoprotein, which is expressed by all B lymphocytes and a subset of T lymphocytes. In immunohistochemical staining the antibody labels all lymphocytes within the B cell follicles as well as scattered cells in interfollicular areas. Applications: Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry (frozen), Flow Cytometry and Immunoprecipitation. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Flow cytometry: 10ul labels 10e6 cells in 100ul Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Store product at 4°C in the dark. DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid. Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Caution: APC conjugates are sensitive to light. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap. Note: Applications are based on unconjugated antibody.
