Weitere Details:: CD27 is a type II homodimeric transmembrane glycoprotein (Mr = 55kD) and a member of the nerve growth factor/tumor necrosis receptor superfamily.1,2 The antigen was identified on medullar thymocytes, mature T lymphocytes (CD45RA+CD45RO- T-cell subpopulation), memory B cells, plasma, and NK cells. This antibody is well suited for immunohistochemical detection of CD27 in B cell non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma samples. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, Immunocytochemistry and Immunohistochemistry. Not recommended for use in Western Blot. Other applications have not been tested. Recommended Dilutions: Immunohistochemistry: Frozen sections Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C. For long-term storage, aliquot and store at 4°C. Do not freeze. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
