Weitere Details:: CD27, expressed on subpopulations of T and B cells, delivers a costimulatory signal upon binding to its ligand, CD70. CD27 is a member of the tumor necrosis factor receptor superfamily and has been designated TNFRSF7. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: ELISA: 0.5-2ug/ml Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 12 months after receipt at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile TBS, pH 7.3 (20mM Trizma base, 150mM sodium chloride), 0.1% BSA. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
