- CD26 is a cell surface antigen. It is a 110kD molecule expressed by activated T cells, B cells and macrophages. It is also known as dipeptidylpeptidase IV. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, Immunoprecipitation and Immunohistochemistry. Not for use in Immunohistochemistry paraffin sections. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Flow Cytometry: 1:10-1:50. Use 20ul to label 10e6 cells or 100ul whole blood. Immunohistochemistry: Frozen Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. For long-term storage, store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
