- CD26 is a cell surface antigen. It is a 110kD molecule expressed by activated T cells, B cells and macrophages. It is also known as dipeptidylpeptidase IV. Applications: Suitable for use in Immunoprecipitation and Immunohistochemistry. Not suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry paraffin sections. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Immunohistochemistry: Frozen Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Secondary Antibody: FC I1904-66A: IgG, F(ab’)2 (FITC) Pab Rb xMo Secondary Antibodies: IHC I1904-65W: IgG, F(ab’)2 (HRP) Pab Rb xMo I1904-66C: IgG, F(ab’)2 X-adsorbed (HRP) Pab Rb xMo Positive Control Tissue: Thymus Negative Controls: I1904-78R: Mouse IgG1 Negative Control Hybridoma: P3.X63.Ag8.653 myeloma cells with spleen cells from Balb/c mice. Storage and Stability: Store product at 4°C if to be used immediately within two weeks. For long-term storage, aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable at -20°C for 12 months after receipt. Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Note: Sodium azide is a potent inhibitor of peroxidase and should not be added to HRP conjugates. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Note: Applications are based on unconjugated antibody.
