Weitere Details:: The CD20 antigen is expressed during pre-B-cell development. It is present on both resting and activated B-cells but is lost prior to terminal B-cell differentiation into plasma cells. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry and Immunohistochemistry (frozen). Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Flow Cytometry: 1:50-1:100; 10ul labels 10e6 cells in 100ul Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
