- CD19 is a 95kD cell surface glycoprotein expressed upon cells of the B cell lineage and follicular dendritic cells. CD19 is absent on plasma cells. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, Immunohistochemistry and Immunoprecipitation. Other applications have not been tested. Recommended Dilution: Flow Cytometry: 1:50-1:100. 10ul to label 10e6 cells in 100ul. Immunohistochemistry: Frozen Optimal working dilutions to be determined by researcher. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
