- Fusion Partners: Spleen cells from immunized LOU rats were fused with cells of the Y3/Ag.1.2.3 rat myeloma cell line. Applications: Flow Cytometry: Neat Optimal working dilutions to be determined by researcher. Flow Cytometry: Use 10ul of the suggested working dilution to label 100ul whole blood or 10e6 cells in 100ul. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C before opening. DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C as an undiluted liquid. Dilute only prior to immediate use. Stable for at least 12 months at 4°C. Freezing R-Phycoerythrin (PE) conjugates will result in a substantial loss of activity. PE conjugates are sensitive to light.
