Weitere Details:: CD18 associates with CD11a to form a heterodimeric adhesion molecule known as Lymphocyte Function Associated Antigen-1 (LFA-1). LFA-1 binds to the intracellular adhesion molecule-1 (ICAM-1, CD54). CD18 also associates with CD11b and CD11c. CD11b and CD18 form the complex known as Mac-4. CD18 and CD11c form a complex that binds to fibrogen and iC3b. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, Western Blot, Immunoprecipitation and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Western Blot (non-reducing conditions): 2ug/ml Flow Cytometry: 2ug/ml Immunohistochemistry (paraffin sections): 10ug/ml Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. WB Positive Control: Kg-1a human leukemia cell lysate IHC Positive Control: Human spleen, microglia Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
