Weitere Details:: CD14 is a 53-55kD glycosphosphatidylinositol (GPI)-anchored single chain glycoprotein. It is expressed on monocytes, macrophages, dendritic cells and Langerhans cells. It is also weakly expressed on neutrophils. CD14 appears to be involved in clearance of gram-negative bacteria via its high affinity binding to LPS-LPB complexes.1-4 Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, Immunohistochemistry and Immunoprecipitation. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Flow Cytometry: 10ul/10e6 cells mmunohistochemistry: frozen Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Store product at 4°C in the dark. DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid. Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Caution: APC conjugates are sensitive to light. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.
