Weitere Details:: CD11c is a 150/90kD member of the beta 2 integrin family. In mice, CD11c is primarily expressed by dendritic cells. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Flow Cytometry: 1:5-1:10. Use 10ul of the suggested working dilution to label 1x10e6 cells in 100ul. Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Recommended Secondary Reagents: S7973-96B: Streptavidin (FITC) S7973-92F2: Streptavidin (PE) Hybridoma: Spleen cells from immunized Armenian Hamster were fused with cells of the Sp2/0 myeloma cell line. Source: Tissue culture supernatant Storage and Stability: Store product at 4°C if to be used immediately within two weeks. For long-term storage, aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable at -20°C for 12 months after receipt. Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
