Weitere Details:: CD11b is a marcophage-granulocyte specific antigen. Mac-1 macrophage differentiation antigen is associated with type three complement receptor and mediates adhesion to CD54 (ICAM-1). CD11b antigen is present on macrophages, granulocytes, natural killer cells, blood monocytes. CD11b is expressed on 8% spleen cells, 44% bone marrow cells and < 1% of thymocytes. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, Immunohistochemistry and Immunoprecipitation. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Flow Cytometry: 1:50-1:100; 10ul labels 10e6 cells in 100ul Immunohistochemistry: frozen Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Hybridoma: NS1 myeloma cells with spleen cells from Balb/c mice. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
