Weitere Details:: Human CD10 is a well known marker for common acute lymphoblastic leukemia antigen (CALLA). CD10 is expressed on normal early B cells in bone marrow and is also on fetal thymocytes. CD10 expression is lost as the T and B lineage cells mature and only appears again on activated germinal center B cells. CD10 is present on neutrophils. CD10 is a neutral endopeptidase and hydrolyzes peptide bonds on the amino side of hydrophobic amino acids. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry and Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Store product at 4°C in the dark. DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid. Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Caution: PE conjugates are sensitive to light. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.
