Weitere Details:: CD9 is expressed on eosinophils, granulocytes, monocytes and numerous stromal cells. This CD9 antigen belongs to the TM4 superfamily of cell surface proteins with the N-and C-terminals cytoplasmically located. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry. Other applications have not been tested. Recommended Dilutions: Flow Cytometry: Neat-1:5. 10ul labels 10e6 cells or 100ul whole blood. Optimal dilution determined by the researcher. Hybridoma: Spleen cells from BALB/c mice immunized were fused with cells of the mouse SP2/0 myeloma line. Storage and Stability: Store product at 4°C if to be used immediately within two weeks. For long-term storage, aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable at -20°C for 12 months after receipt. Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
