Weitere Details:: The human CD8 cell surface antigen is a 30/32kD glycoprotein expressed by the cytotoxic/suppressor subset of T lymphocytes, and more weakly by NK cells. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, Immunofluorescence and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Flow Cytometry: 1:100-1:200; 10ul labels 10e6 cells in 100ul Immunohistochemistry: Frozen Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Hybridoma: Y3/Ag.1.2.3 rat myeloma cells with spleen cells from DA rat. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
