Weitere Details:: CD8 cell surface antigen is expressed by the cytotoxic/suppressor subset of T lymphocytes. Under reducing conditions, the antigens immunoprecipitated by C2259-12B migrate at ~33kD and ~36kD. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, Immunohistochemistry and Immunoprecipitation. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Flow Cytometry: 1:50-1:100; 10ul labels 10e6 cells in 100ul Immunohistochemistry: Frozen sections Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Hybridoma: NS-1 myeloma cells with spleen cells from Balb/c mice. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
