Weitere Details:: Human CD8 is a heterodimeric protein consisting of an a and b chain, each about 33kD. CD8 is expressed on most thymocytes and on about one third of peripheral blood T cells. CD8 is a co-receptor involved in antigen recognition and binds to the a2 and a3 domain of MHC Class I molecules. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, Western Blot and Immunocytochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Store product at 4°C in the dark. DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid. Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Caution: PE conjugates are sensitive to light. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.
