Weitere Details:: CD5, a member of the scavenger receptor superfamily of cell surface receptors, is a type I transmembrane glycoprotein whose ligand is CD72. It is expressed on most thymocytes, all mature T cells, and a subset of B cells (B-1 cells). CD5 plays a role in regulation of T cell activation and signaling.1-5 Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, Western Blot, Immunoprecipitation and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Flow Cytometry: ≤ 1ug/10e6 cells Immunohistochemistry: frozen Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
