Weitere Details:
CD4, a single chain transmembrane glycoprotein is found on a T cell subset (helper/inducer) representing 45% of peripheral blood lympocytes. It is also present on 80% of thymocytes and at a lower level on monocytes. It is involved in recognition of antigen presented along with MHC class II by APCs. It serves as receptor for HIV. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry. Other applications have not been tested. Recommended Dilution: Flow Cytometry: Neat. 1:10. Use 10ul to label 10e6 cells or 100ul whole blood. Optimal dilution determined by the researcher. Hybridoma: Spleen cells from immunized BALB/c mice were fused with cells of the mouse NS1 myeloma cell line. Recommended Negative Control: I1904-79D: IgG1 Murine Negative Control (PE) Storage and Stability: Lyophilized powder may be stored at 4°C. Reconstitute with sterile ddH2O. Aliquot and store at 4°C. Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months as an undiluted liquid. Dilute only prior to immediate use. Freezing R-Phycoerythrin (PE) conjugates will result in a substantial loss of activity. PE conjugates are sensitive to light. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
