Weitere Details:: CD4 is a type I transmembrane glycoprotein expressed on approximately 70% of thymocytes, 10% of spleen cells and 45% of peripheral blood lymphocytes, but <1% of bursal cells.1 This antibody inhibits both PHA- and Con A-induced proliferative responses of splenocytes, and PWM-induced IL-2 production.1 Also reacts with turkey CD4 as demonstrated by flow cytometry and immunoprecipitation/Western blot. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, ELISA, Immunoprecipitation/Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry and Inhibition of mitogen-induced proliferation. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Immunohistochemistry: Frozen sections Immunoprecipitation/Western Blot: Turkey Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
