Immunohistochemistry (Frozen): The epitope that is recognized by this antibody is sensitive to formaldehyde fixation and tissue processing. Acetone fixation is recommended for frozen sections. Not recommmended for use with paraffin sections. Optimal working dilutions to be determined by researcher. Hybridoma: Spleen cells from immunized SD rats were fused with cells of the NSO mouse myeloma cell line. Recommended Secondary Antibody: I1903-13C: F(ab')2 Goat anti-rat IgG: RPE (mouse adsorbed) Recommended Negative Control: I1904-82D1: Rat IgG2a Negative Control Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
