Weitere Details:: Recently, a function has been assigned to a previously identified orphan chemokine receptor, GPR-2. This receptor, also called CCR10, binds with monocyte chemoattractant protein (MCP)-1, MCP-3 and MIP-1 beta. CCR10 is expressed by melanocytes, dermal fibroblasts, dermal microvascular endothelial cells, T cells as well as in skin-derived Langerhans cells. CCR10 may play a role in both skin homeostasis as well as a potential role in inflammatory responses. Applications: Suitable for use Flow Cytometry, Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Western Blot: 1-2ug/ml In A-375, ~50kD band is observed. Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Positive Control: A-375 or MCF-7 Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
