Weitere Details:: Calcitonin leads to a lowering of plasma calcium and phosphate levels via the inhibition of bone resorption and excretion through the kidneys. Calcitonin is found in C cells of the normal and hyperplastic thyroid. Applications: Suitable for use in FLISA and Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Hybridoma: SP2/0 myeloma cells with spleen cells of Balb/c mice. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C before opening. DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C as an undiluted liquid. Dilute only prior to immediate use. Stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Allophycocyanin (APC) is light sensitive. Note: Applications are based on unconjugated antibody.
