Weitere Details:: c-erbB-2 is a receptor tyrosine kinase of the c-erbB family. Approximately 25% of primary breast and ovarian tumors were found to overexpress the protein 3. Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot, Immunoprecipitation and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications have not been tested. Recommended Dilutions: Western Blot: 0.5-1ug/ml for 2hours at RT Immunohistochemistry (FFPE): 1:400-1:800 for 2 hours at RT. Staining of formalin-fixed tissues requires boiling tissue sections in 10mM citrate buffer, pH 6.0 for 10-20 min followed by cooling at RT for 20 min. Positive Control: LS174T cells, or breast carcinoma. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
