Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot, Immunocytochemistry and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Western Blot: 1:500 detected Brn3A on 10ug of bovine and rat retina lysates. Immunocytochemistry: 1:500 detected Brn3A in HeLa and A431 lysates. Immunohistochemistry (Frozen): 1:200-1:1000 for tissue. Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
