Weitere Details:: This protein has an ankyrin repeat region and two BTB/POZ domains, which are thought to be involved in protein-protein interactions. Expression of the gene is activated by the phosphatase and tensin homolog, a tumor suppressor. Alternate splicing results in three transcript variants encoding different isoforms. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: ELISA: 1:32,000 Western Blot: 1-3ug/ml, observed in human heart lysates on ~38kD bands Immunohistochemistry (Paraffin): 3-5ug/ml Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
