Weitere Details:: This antibody will be of use in chromatin and transcription factor research to monitor methylation status Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Western Blot: 1:500-1:1000 detects p110, p75, and Sam68 in RIPA lysates from Jukat cells. Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Included Positive Antigen Control: J9000: Jurkat lysate. Add 2.5ul of 2-mercaptoethanol/100ul of lysate and boil for 5 minutes to reduce the preparation. Load 20ug of reduced lysate per lane for minigels. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
