- Supplied as a lyophilized powder. Reconstitute in 1ml sterile ddH2O. Dilute further in PBS, pH 7.2.

- Apolipoprotein H has a molecular weight of 40000. The mean concentration in adult serum is about 200ug/ml. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA and Immunoelectrophoresis. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Immunoelectrophoresis: 120ul against 2ul human plasma or equivalent Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 12 months after receipt at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile ddH2O. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
