Weitere Details:: Alpha1-Antichymotrypsin (AACT) is a serine proteinase inhibitor and minor acute phase protein with a molecular weight of ~68kD, occurring in serum at 250-500mg/L. AACT appears to inhibit chymotrypsin specifically. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA, Immunoelectrophoresis and Single and Double Radial Immunodiffusion. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Immunoelectrophoresis: 2ul plasma or equivalent against 120ul antiserum Double Radial Immunodiffusion: Use a rosette arrangement with 10ul antiserum in 3mm diameter center well and 2ul plasma samples (neat and serially diluted) in 2mm diameter peripheral wells. Single Radial Immunodiffusion: 1% in the gel. Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 12 months after receipt at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile ddH2O. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
