Weitere Details:: The C99 fragment itself is a substrate for gamma-secretase to generate the 4kD beta amyloid peptide which is found in the brains of Alzheimer's disease patients. Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications have not been tested. Recommended Dilution: Western Blot: 1:500-1:1000 Immunohistochemistry: paraffin, requires antigen retrieval using heat treatment prior to staining of paraffin section Optimal working dilutions to be determined by researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
