Weitere Details:: Applications: Suitable for use in Immunoelectrophoresis, Single and Double Radial Immunodiffusion and Electroimmunodiffusion. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Immunoelectrophoresis: 2ml plasma or equivalent against 120ul antiserum Double Radial Immunodiffusion: Use a rosette arrangement with 10ul antiserum in 3mm diameter center well and 2ul serum samples (neat and serially diluted) in 2mm diameter peripheral wells. Electroimmunodiffusion/Single Immunodiffusion: Use 0.5-1.0% antiserum in the agar gel. Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 12 months after receipt at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile dH2O. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
