Weitere Details:: Albumin is a stable small polypeptide with a strong antigenicity. Its molecular weight is about 69000. It has a high mobility in electrophoresis, shows macroheterogeneity especially under pathological conditions and it can bind a large number of physiological and non-physiological molecules. Applications: Suitable for use in FLISA, Immunoelectrophoresis and Double Radial Immunodiffusion. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Excitation: 492nm Emission: 515nm Fluorescein/IgG protein molar ratio (F/P): ~1.9 Storage and Stability: Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20°C. Stable for 12 months at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile ddH2O. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. FITC conjugates are sensitive to light.
