- Supplied as a lyophilized powder. Preservative free. Reconstitute with 1ml sterile ddH2O. Dilute further in PBS, pH 7.2.

- Applications: Suitable for use in Immunoelectrophoresis, Double Radial Immunodiffusion and ELISA. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Immunoelectrophoresis: 120ul against 2ul serum, plasma or equivalent Double Radial Immunodiffusion (Ouchterlony): Use a rosette arrangement with 10ul antiserum in a 3mm diameter center well and 2ul serum samples (neat and serially diluted) in 2mm diameter peripheral wells. Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 12 months after receipt at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile dH2O. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
