Weitere Details:: VP1 and VP2 are highly enriched in the nucleus, while non-assembled VP3 is evenly distributed in the nucleus and the cytoplasm. Epitope identified aa726-733 (C-terminus; common to all 3 VP proteins) as the specific binding region. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot, Immunoprecipitation and Immunofluorescence/Immunocytochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Western Blot: 1:200-1:500 Immunoprecipitation: 1:10 Immunofluorescence (IC): 1:50-1:100 Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
