- ADAMTS-1 is a disintegrin and metalloproteinase containing a thrombospondin motif-1. More efficient disruptor of angiogenesis than ADAMTS-8, thrombospondin-1 or endostatin in vivo and in vitro. Applications: Suitable for use in Direct ELISA, Western Blot and Immunoprecipitation. Other applications have not been tested. Recommended Dilutions: Immunoprecipitation: 25ug/ml using conditioned cell culture medium spiked with recombinant human ADAMTS1 Western Blot: 2ug/ml using lysates of human ovarian cancer tissue Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 12 months after receipt at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile PBS. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
